Painful Facial

After almost a year of not having facial, I decided to have one today. What made me decide?

1. my mom asked me,”niah, why is your face bijik2, tak gune facial set ke?” à I blamed it on the final year stress and the dry weather!

2. When I woke up this morning, I had a superficial black head, I tried to remove it myself this morning but it didn’t work, a very stubborn blackhead!

I made an appointment at the Nail Fashion Spa and Manicure in Citystars. I went alone! Hahaha.. I was so desperate for a treat, so I went right away. The facial was good, my therapist’s name was Rubbab… a very nice girl. Everything was really good except for the part when she started squeezing my blackheads! It was so painful… it was so painful up to the point where I literally stood up and told her stop and give me time to cry…. Hahaha… she was kind enough to gave me time to compose myself. Well, I didn’t cry that bad, I mean, I didn’t sob… but there were tears. Rubbab also said that my skin was dry so that made the process harder and she had to press my skin really hard so get the sebum out! I learnt my lesson…. Insyallah after this, I will make a point to have facial every month so that I wont “accumulate” blackheads…

I am sleepy now… I had 2 lovely juniors visiting me just now, Sakinah and Hamizah. It was nice to see friends… humans are social animals!
